Executive Board is the executive organ of the association and consists of the following six members: Executive Director, General Secretary, Deputy Executive Director, Communications Officer, IT Officer, and Analytical Officer.
Executive Board is empowered to make decisions such as:
- Approval of action plans of the association and then proceeding to hand it to the Supervisory Board;
- Decisions affecting, or related to the issues related to the ongoing and planned projects of the association;
- Comprising the working groups of the association and defining their annual schedule;
- Regarding the issues with the other aspects of the association’s activities.
Executive Director of the association is the sole person responsible for the representation of the association, who oversees the collective leadership of the organization and acts as a principal leader, presents reports to the Supervisory Council, leads the meetings of the Executive Council/Board, and proceeds to supervise the activities of members.
General Secretary of the association represents the organization in the affairs with local and international non-governmental organizations and several ministries of the government; has the right to participate in international forums and conferences in the name of the organization.
Deputy Executive Director is responsible for the internal communications of the association and distribution of workload and specific roles among the workgroups and members of the organization. Communications Officer is responsible for external communications, as well as the popularization of the aims and tasks of the association.
Information Technology (IT) Officer provides the association with the IT technologies, for instance, photo-video recording of the events, web page administration and others. Analytical Officer is responsible for preparing and providing analytical conclusions and articles for the organization.
Executive Board Members
Since 2015 up to this date Anna's been studying at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi state University at the faculty of Social and Political Science, in the direction of Political Science.
Anna has successfully taken part in various international organizations modeling and has won some of them as well. She's active participant of diverse debate, conferences or seminars, also, she strenuously attends different training and studying courses.
Since October 2016 she's been working as communication manager of YATA Georgia. Regardless her native language, she owns English, German, and Russian languages.
Meri graduated from Tbilisi State University in 2014 with the Bachelor degree in law and she also graduated from Tbilisi State University in 2016 with the Master degree in International Law.
During 2013-2016, she was a head of the Department of Education and Science of TSU (Tbilisi State University) Student Self-government, as well as she was a Chief-editor of Student Scientific Journal of Tbilisi State University.
Her professional experience includes working at the Law Company of Giorgi Otarashvili as a legal-intern, also Tbilisi City Hall (legal-intern) and Tbilisi City Court (legal-intern).
Meri was a member of vice-president department of ELSA Georgia in Academic Activities and the Manager of Grant-projects.
She attended various conferences, training and courses related to the Laws of Georgia, International Law and NATO Matters. She was a participant of The Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition the 8th Annual International Round in Oxford.
She was a Communication Manager of YATA Georgia in 2014-2015, as well as she was an analytical Manager of YATA Georgia in 2015-2016.
Meri is a consulting lawyer at LLC,, Educational Consulting Group”. She is fluent in English.
In 2016, Meri successfully passed Georgian Bar Exam in Civil and Administrative Laws and is a member of Georgian Bar Association.

Giorgi Nadiradze was born in 26.04.1995 in Tetritskaro, Kvemo Kartli, Georgia.
2001-2013 years he used to study at #1 Public School of Tetritskaro. Since 2013 he studies at School of Law of Ilias State University with 70% state scholarship. simultaneously with the study, he activities at miscellaneous organizations. Nowadays he works at 4 local or international organizations: Caucasian Academy of Diplomacy, European Law students Association (ELSA), International Law Students Association (ILSA).

In 2011 Zina Shatakishvili graduated from Tbilisi State University of International Relations. In the same year, she furthered her studies in the faculty of Business, Economics and Management, in the field of Strategic and Project management, which graduated with honor in 2014. She actively participated in various conferences, seminars and workshops.
2010-2011 she worked at the CSI (Civil Society Institute) in different positions. She has experience of working in international projects (UNDP- Media Monitoring). Currently she works for LEPL Public Service Hall as specialist.
She speaks English and Russian.
Analytical Manager 2
Rati Bakhtadze graduated from Tbilisi State University in 2013 with a degree in Law (field of international law) and 2015 - Master at International Law.
He has attended numerous training courses and conferences and holds membership of various non-governmental organizations including the Georgian Red Cross where he is a volunteer.
His professional work experience includes positions at the Georgian Academy of Arts and Sciences and Voters League. In 2011-2012, he was the winner of a United Nations Modelling scholarship. In 2013 he has done two projects in Georgian region about constitution amendment and human rights. He is co-redactor of two publications published by NGO “Georgina Young Constitution Association”. &nbsp;In 2013-2015 he&nbsp;was working as an analyst in "www.factcheck.ge".
Currently, he is a chief specialist at Office of Public Defender of Georgia, a Ph.D. candidate in International Law and VP of Finance of YATA.
Rati speaks English and Russian in addition to native Georgian.

In 2010, Luka Mgeladze successfully graduated from Public Administration Master Program at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs GIPA, the same year he interned at Human Resources Management Department, Ministry of Defense of Georgia. Since that period, he had been working in different Public Institutions.
Luka actively involved in various types of training and educational course. He takes part in conferences, which is held at local, also at international level.
Holds - Georgian, English and Russian Languages.
